Our lamb is available to order online. Try it for yourself by ordering a half or whole lamb today!
We send batches of lamb to the abattoir every two weeks. The lamb is then hung, butchered, vacuum packed, and boxed – ready for collection or delivery two weeks later.
Our Highland beef is not so regular – typically available three or four times a year. Join our mailing list to find out when it is next available!
